What happens at a first consultation?

Do I need a referral to see a gynaecologist?

With standard basic insurance you can book directly. If your policy is a family-doctor, HMO or Telmed model, check with your insurer: a first contact may be required. [TO BE VALIDATED by the practice]

Can I get an appointment quickly?

How often should I have a gynaecological check-up?

The rhythm of your check-ups is decided in consultation, according to your age, your contraception and your history. [TO BE VALIDATED by Dr Julen]

Does Dr Julen follow high-risk pregnancies?

Yes. Pregnancy care includes complicated pregnancies, high-risk follow-up and pregnancies after 35.

Where does the delivery take place?

Dr Julen is accredited at Clinique Générale-Beaulieu, Clinique des Grangettes – Hirslanden and Hôpital de La Tour.

Can someone come with me to the consultation?
